1. Our Global Fulfilment Network
Maison Virelle operates through an optimized global logistics network to deliver your orders efficiently. To ensure prompt delivery, items may be dispatched from our primary international fulfillment centers or regional warehouses depending on current stock availability.
Note: Depending on inventory distribution, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages. Rest assured, this will never incur any additional shipping charges to you.
2. Supported Destinations & Delivery Timelines
We currently offer standard international shipping to the following destinations:

United Kingdom: 9–20 business days

United States: 9–20 business days

Germany: 9–20 business days
Orders placed from regions or countries outside of these supported destinations cannot be processed at this time.
3. Processing & Delivery Framework
The total time until you receive your piece consists of two distinct phases:

Order Processing: 1–5 business days. This includes payment verification, quality control checks, and secure packaging.

Transit Time: 9 to 20 business days following dispatch, depending on final destination and local postal routing.
Please note that estimated delivery windows are approximations. While we strive to meet these timelines, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, regional holidays, or carrier bottlenecks.
4. Shipping Costs & Import Terms

Calculation: Exact shipping rates are calculated dynamically and displayed transparently at checkout prior to final payment.

Import Fees: Standard shipping fees cover transit only. Any localized import duties, VAT, or custom clearance fees are determined by the destination country and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, a confirmation email containing a dedicated Tracking Number and tracking link will be sent to you.

Tracking updates typically require 48–72 hours to register and update on the carrier's portal.

If your tracking status remains blank or unchanged for more than 5 consecutive business days, please contact our support team.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Because items may clear international borders, your shipment may be assessed for import duties or local taxes upon entering your country.

Maison Virelle does not collect these fees at checkout, nor can we predict or control local customs tariffs.

Customs clearance protocols vary by region and may add unexpected processing time to your delivery timeline.
7. Delays & Operational Exceptions
Maison Virelle is not responsible for transit delays caused by variables beyond our operational control, including:

Severe weather conditions or natural events.

Customs inspections or regulatory holds.

Peak holiday seasons and carrier sorting overloads.

Incomplete or inaccurate address formatting provided at checkout.

Missed delivery attempts by local couriers.
Delays stemming from these external factors do not automatically qualify for a refund unless the shipment is officially deemed lost by the carrier.
8. Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your package has not been delivered within 30 calendar days from the original dispatch date, please notify us immediately at support@maisonvirelle-us.com.
We will open a formal investigation with the logistics carrier to locate your package. If the carrier officially confirms the shipment as lost or untraceable, we will gladly arrange a full financial refund or ship a replacement order at no extra cost.
Maison Virelle cannot issue refunds or replacements for shipments that have been officially scanned and marked as "Delivered" by the local courier.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
The customer is strictly responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address provided during checkout.

Address corrections or modifications are not possible once an order has been dispatched.

If a package is returned to our facility or failed due to an incorrect address entry, any additional reshipping costs required to deliver the package correctly will be billed to the customer.
